SHIPPING POLICY (Domestic Only)
Domestic USPS shipping only is a flat rate fee based on most recent fee from USPS. We provide shipping to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed so please allow additional days in transit for delivery of your order. We will contact you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your shipping label is created. The tracking number should be active on the carrier’s website within 1-2 business hours.
Liability for Shipping and Delivery
If the mailing address associated with your order is not recognized by our system, two automated verification emails will be sent to your email address on file. If an unverified mailing address is not:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.
We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS or any other carriers.
The Customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. We do not accept returns.
